Only annual Cloud subscription plans are eligible for these offers.

When you start a free Cloud migration trial, your Cloud products will default to the Standard plan. However, you can change the product plan to Cloud Premium by going to Administration → Billing → Manage Subscriptions. You can change plans at any time, and as many times you wish during the trial.

To change your plan to Cloud Enterprise, please contact us.

Yes! Step-up credits, dual licensing, and Cloud loyalty discounts can all be applied to your Cloud migration trial.

Jira Software Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Jira Service Management Cloud step-up credits are also compatible with Community and Academic licenses.

  • Step-up credits are available to customers that migrate to Cloud after April 4, 2022 and are redemable through March 31, 2023 PT.
  • Dual licensing is offered for a maximum of 1 year. Please contact us in advance if you have any issues migrating within this timeframe.
  • Cloud loyalty discounts will continue for all purchases and renewals before July 1, 2023, as long as the subscription is maintained continuously, and the renewals are for 12 or 24 months.
