We’ve ended sales for new server licenses and will end support for server on February 15, 2024 PT. We’re continuing investment in Data Center with several key improvements. Learn what this means for you.
Jira Software Cloud
You can start free trials for Jira Software Cloud Standard and Jira Software Cloud Premium on the Try Cloud page. We also offer a Free plan of Jira Software Cloud for up to 10 users, with 2GB storage, and Community Support. You can compare the Free, Standard, and Premium plans here. Already using cloud? Site Administrators can add and remove products and Apps via the Site Administration page of your cloud site at any time. Keep in mind, removing applications or apps takes effect immediately, and no credit or refund will be offered for removing products prior to the end of a maintenance term. |
We offer a la carte pricing for cloud. Your subscription starts with either Jira Work Management, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, or Confluence as its foundation. From there, you can choose from available apps in the Atlassian Marketplace. Our monthly pricing is progressive, meaning that we offer volume discounts as you add more users. Each user's unit price is based on the pricing rate in which the user falls. Monthly Pricing: *Cloud is offered at 75% off for eligible Community customers, and 50% off for eligible Academic customers. Annual Pricing: *Cloud is offered at 75% off for eligible Community customers, and 50% off for eligible Academic customers. |

If you have experienced an SLA breach within a particular calendar month, you must make a request for service credit within fifteen (15) days after the end of the calendar month by filing a support ticket. Cloud Monthly To ensure timely payment for monthly subscriptions, we're only able to accept payment via credit card or PayPal. The card on file can be updated by the primary billing contact via my.atlassian.com at any time, or you can elect to pay via PayPal via the Billing Details section of your cloud subscription. *Unfortunately, we're unable to accept Discover credit cards for monthly renewals Cloud Annual Cloud subscriptions set up for automatic renewals can be paid via credit card or PayPal. Annual quotes can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, check, ACH, PayPal, or Net-30 terms (for orders above $10,000). Complete payment details appear on the first page of an official quote and on our How To Pay page. |
The minimum term of service is one month. You can choose to renew on a month by month basis, or you can purchase a year or two years in advance. |

Beginning February 2, 2021, Advanced Roadmaps for Jira will be bundled with Jira Software Data Center. Existing Jira Software Data Center customers can unlock Advanced Roadmaps by updating to the latest version. Included with Jira Software is access to Jira Core. As Jira Core is the default application, if you have a license for Jira Software or Jira Service Management, your users automatically have access to Jira Core without requiring an additional license. For example, a Jira Software user can view development information on an agile board, and can also view business projects. |

Jira Software Server
Existing Jira Software Server licenses can be renewed to a maximum end date of February 15, 2024 PT. Review the table below to find your Jira Software Server renewal price. Atlassian automatically sends a no-obligation quote 90 days before the maintenance is to expire on a license. You can request a quote at any time; see this FAQ for more details. You also have the option to set up auto-renewal through my.atlassian.com. Software maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased. If you intend to renew, we recommend renewing at least 30 days before expiration. |
On February 15, 2024 PT, your server products will reach end of support. After this date, support and bug fixes will no longer be available for your server products and apps, and any renewals will be prorated to match this date. To stay secure and benefit from continued innovation, we strongly recommend migrating to Cloud or Data Center before the end of support date. |
Effective February 15, 2022 PT, you cannot upgrade or downgrade your tier for your Jira Software Server license(s). You will need to migrate to Cloud or Data Center to change your tier. |
